Scan the sticker. The asset's whole history opens.
Orbit puts a QR sticker on every asset you maintain in hospitals, hotels, and factories: air handlers, pumps, generators, lifts. Behind the sticker sits every visit, every report, and every invoice — across the sites you run.
For FM contractors and in-house maintenance teams in hospitals, hotels, and factories.

One sticker, three people scanning it
What opens after the scan depends on who scans. These three screens are Orbit itself.
The signed-in technician
Lands straight on the asset record: open work orders on it, maintenance history, and a button to create a new work order.
Site staff
Reports through their account. Sees only the asset name, site, and company, plus a Report a problem form. The maintenance history stays hidden.
The company admin
Prints the label with the site or client name after registering the asset. If a label is damaged or leaked, the tag is rotated and the old one stops working.
What Orbit keeps on every asset
The asset record is the backbone for everything after it: scheduling, reports, invoices.
Asset lifecycle timeline
Maintenance calendar
| Field | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Asset type | From a catalog by sector: hospital, hotel, factory, office, retail, education. The default frequency and report template push to every linked asset at once. |
| Location | Organization, then site, then building, floor, and room. The technician knows where to go before arriving. |
| Lifecycle | Install date and expected lifespan, with a state: active, warning, end of life, replaced, or out of service. |
| Warranty and criticality | Warranty end date, a criticality from low to critical, and a repair count. |
| Preventive schedule | Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly, on a maintenance calendar that shows overdue and due this week. |
| Import | Register assets from a CSV file instead of one by one. |
From the scan to the invoice
This is the order Orbit enforces. A work order cannot be completed before its report is sent, and no invoice is created before it is verified.
Scan
The technician scans and opens the job on the asset.
In progress
The labor timer runs, photos attach.
Report
The asset type's template: what was wrong, what you did, close out.
Site approval
The site or client admin reviews and approves, and the order is verified.
Invoice
Labor, parts, service fee, and tax, as a PDF.
Each site sees its assets. Your office sees everyone.
Orbit is multi-tenant: your company is one account, and each hospital, hotel, or factory (or end client) inside it has its own sites and assets. A site admin sees only their org, a site manager only their assigned sites, a technician only what is assigned to them.
The plate reads in two languages, the interface starts in Arabic
Arabic is the default and the interface reads right to left. Part names are stored in Arabic and English, reports export to PDF in either language, and dates show in Hijri or Gregorian.
On the phone, no app store
Technicians install Orbit to the home screen from the browser. Four tabs at the bottom: Queue, Scan, Time, More.
Offline drafts that sync later
Bring your asset list, we will show you the first sticker
A walkthrough on demo data: register an asset, print its label, scan it from a phone, and follow an approved report to the invoice. About 30 minutes.
